Lead Generation
PesTrack is a web-based lead generation tool that helps customers express interest in pest control services directly from our homepage, with future plans to support full online sign-up and checkout.
The Product
PesTrack is a responsive web tool designed to capture leads from prospective pest control customers. Visitors to the homepage can quickly submit their information and service needs, which are passed directly to the internal sales team for follow-up. The goal is to create a smooth, low-friction entry point for new customers. In future iterations, PestRack will evolve into a full self-service signup flow—allowing customers to explore plans, schedule services, and check out entirely on their own.

The Problem
The original lead form was clunky and unintuitive—customers had to select pests, enter their info, and explain their concerns through a disjointed experience. It lacked clear guidance and wasn’t optimized for mobile, often leading to drop-offs and incomplete submissions. We needed a smoother, more user-friendly way to capture leads and set the stage for a better customer journey.
My Role
UX Designer | Front-end Engineer
Led UX design and contributed to front-end development, focusing on creating intuitive flows, responsive layouts, and a smooth user experience.
Technologies Used
Figma, Next.js, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Gitlab
The Goal
The goal was to create a smooth, modern lead capture experience that feels quick and effortless for customers. We wanted to reduce friction, guide users through the process with clarity, and build a strong foundation for future self-service sign-ups. The tool also needed to support high lead volume, improve mobile usability, and increase conversion rates—while giving internal sales teams cleaner, more consistent customer data to work with.
Design Approach
I focused on simplifying the lead capture flow and making it feel more conversational and intuitive. I restructured the steps into a clear, guided path—starting with housing type, pest location, and pest type, followed by customer details. Each step was designed to feel lightweight and approachable, helping reduce friction and increase completion rates.
On the front-end side, I built responsive components optimized for mobile and web, with smooth transitions between steps and inline validation for a more polished, error-resistant experience. The structure was designed to be modular and scalable, laying the groundwork for future expansion into full checkout and scheduling capabilities.
